Kitchen
We like the kitchen’s feel right away. It was not imposing, kitchen skillfully laid out to accommodate our love of cooking, with enough counter space for prep, plenty of storage and easy access to our friends on out lower level dining area. A great cut out made interacting with guests easy and charming. Our favorite feature beside the beautiful counters would be the dishwasher. Its great for us. Two drawers, everything stainless. Very modern and sophisticated with top shelf materials and appliances, all a stones throw from South Park and South Beach. (See map)

The layout
Nice design details. The transactions between rooms integrated the open space and defined each room. Lots of light with a magnificent window facing the kitchen and the stairs, with a marvelous solar shade for privacy. Wood floors to warm up the open space. A gas fireplace, environmentally and physically much cleaner option. Honey colored wood floors.

Deck
There is something to be said for outside space. The deck off our living room is just large enough for a couple of chairs. You could fit a grill, or just sit outside and enjoy the paper and a cup of coffee and the paper.

The Lower Level
Computer should be used, but not seen. A home office, big enough to accommodate a queen sized bed and a desk. A perfect hideaway. A nice meditative space and perfect place to stash a weekend visitor and last season’s wardrobe.

The Mezzanine Bedroom
Mezzanine master with en suite bathroom. Perfectly cozy. Throughout the loft we used armoires and cabinets to increase our storage capacity and to add definition to our space. Living Room It’s a step above the entrance and a world apart. Soaring ceiling height, warm honey colored floors, gas fireplace, and a sea of glass makes this a wonderful space day or night.
